rYOUminate (pronounced "room・in・ate") is a reflection-first, research-rooted platform helping young adults — especially those from underrepresented communities — confidently navigate real-life milestones. From personal finance to career tools to mindset-building, we create content and tools grounded in five values: Reflection, Research, Respect, Resonance, and Rest.
This is a project-based, unpaid internship for college students or early-career devs looking to apply their skills to meaningful, mission-driven work. We’ll begin with a paid pilot project ($75 flat rate) for final-round candidates to fairly compensate you for your time and help assess fit.
We're not offering technical mentorship in this role, but we are offering the chance to build real product features, receive clear feedback, and contribute to something that empowers people in a tangible way.
